INEX Microtechnology

INEX and its partners develop and deliver system-ready sensors, actuators and reference devices based on optical, thermal and physical technologies that offer low power, nano-/micro-scale, low cost alternatives to existing COTS devices as well as innovations that deliver new unprecedented solutions.

INEX has a reputation for the fabrication of a wide range of RF and microwave (broadly KHz to GHz) devices for power applications such as transistors for use in solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) and M E M S switches in frequency filters. These have been constructed in a number of materials systems including GaN, GaAs, InP and Diamond. Projects include the MARS Rover.
